Ok, u svakom slučaju VADIS se skida i za nekih pol sata ću biti prosvijetljeniji(nadam se) pa se onda čujemo...
Pogledaj sliku. Ako je onaj uređaj koji ti zuju kad zgasiš auto pod brojem 2 onda je to ERG ventil. On zna ponekad zezati jer se ne zatvara/otvara kad bi trebao.Ostale komponente su

Osim toga, malo sam ti lagal. Ler gas bi po VADISU trebal biti na 825 ±25 rpm. Kako se on naštelava izvadio sam iz VADIS-a
Check / adjust the idling speed
Check that all components are functioning correctly
At an engine coolant temperature (ECT) of above +15 °C the idling speed nipple should come free of the injection pump lever.
With the engine at operating temperature, the idling speed should be 825 ±25 rpm.
Checking the idling speed control
Switch the ignition off. The engine must be cold and the ambient temperature less than +15 °C.
Check that the cable nipple is completely clear of the lever. It must not touch the lever:
-nipple is clear: OK
-nipple is not clear: remove the vacuum hose (1) from the canister and check if the nipple is now clear
-nipple is clear: OK
-nipple is not clear: adjust nipple, see Adjust the idling speed (engine at operating temperature)
Start the engine.

Check that the cable is now pulled up to the stop (2).
Allow the engine warm up to 60 °C.
Check that the cable nipple is completely clear of the lever. It must not touch the lever.
Adjust the idling speed (engine at operating temperature)
Adjust:
Insert a 4 mm feeler gauge between the throttle lever arm (1) and the stop (2).
Use the stop adjusting screw (3) to set the engine speed (RPM) to1250 ± 100 rpm.
Remove the feeler gauge.
Now use the adjusting screw (4) to set the engine speed (RPM) to825 ± 25 rpm.
Push the lever (1) to the full throttle position and release it so that the engine is idling again.
Repeat this several times:
-if the engine does not run smoothly at idling speed and threatens to cut out, turn the adjusting screw (3) on the stop a quarter of a turn outwards
-if the engine speed (RPM) falls slowly, turn the adjusting screw (3) on the stop a quarter of a turn inwards.
Check / adjust damper
Check the damper adjustment.
At idling speed the distance between the center of both ball joints must be: 145.0 ± 0.5 mm.
